— Who We Are

We exist to help more donated organs reach the patients who need them.

We're not just improving transplantation.

We're rebuilding its operating system.

Transplantation's greatest challenges are rooted in system constraints. Limited preservation time, fragmented workflows, and incomplete visibility during transport shape how organs are assessed, how teams coordinate, and ultimately whether a donated organ can be used with confidence.

BMI OrganBank was founded to change that. We build the technologies and infrastructure that make transplantation a connected system — metabolically active preservation, real-time organ viability data, and coordination across the entire transplant journey. The future of transplantation depends not just on better devices, but on the systems that link them together.

Our Values

We're inherently curious — always seeking knowledge and applying it for the benefit of patients and those who care for them.

We're creative and tenacious in the face of hard problems, and we learn as much from failure as from success.

We do what's right even when no one is watching, and especially when lives are at stake.

We never forget why we come to work, and we leave our egos in the parking lot. We focus on getting it right, not on being right.

Every team member takes pride in their work and holds themselves accountable to each other and to the patients counting on us.
